Perfect sundering bowstring!
I was almost out of myself when i found a perfect sundering bowstring. I read that i could sell it for about 30-40k. But the text says on the bowstring says: 20% armor penetration (18% chance). Does that about the "chance" make it less valuable or is it common that somethig like that is written on armor penetration weapon upgrades?

it will always have 20% armor pene, its the %chance that varies.
18% is pretty worthless, sorry |
